Kampret! Para Koruptor Pesta Remisi Di HUT RI Ke 69 Tahun Ini

Sebelumnya maaf, jika postingan kali ini keluar dari track yang biasanya. Bukan apa-apa, tetapi ini karena adanya rasa berontak dan tidak setuju dengan dagelan yang selalu muncul di setiap HUT RI maupun hari Raya Idul Fitri.

Apa sih yang sebenarnya ada dalam benak para penegak hukum di Indonesia ini, khususnya dalam memerangi korupsi yang telah menjadi monster dinegara kita?

Katanya perang lawan korupsi, katakan tidak pada korupsi. Tapi kenyataan yang ada adalah mereka yang terkena kasus korupsi dan sedang menjalani masa hukuman, banyak yang mendapatkan bonus pemotongan masa tahanan. Gak usahlah saya tulis nama-nama mereka disini, karena pasti tidak sulit untuk mendapatkan nama-nama siapa saja koruptor yang memperoleh bonus di HUT Proklamasi RI Ke 69 Ini.

Apa hal itu merupakan pendidikan yang baik pada warga negara ataupun sebuah wujud nyata dalam perang melawan korupsi di Indonesia?

Dalam satu tahun, sekali kita merayakan HUT Proklamasi, setidaknya sekali juga merayakan hari raya Idul Fitri atau Natal atau hari raya lainnya yang umumnya seringkali kita juga mendengar adanya pengurangan masa hukuman.

Lalu, apa kita tidak berfikir seberapa besar kerugian negara dan seberapa besar hak-hak warga negara yang dicuri dan dinikmati sendiri oleh para koruptor?

Apakah para koruptor ini berjuang untuk kemajuan negara? Apakah mereka bekerja untuk negara? Ah, saya gak ngerti seperti apa yang ada difikiran mereka, gak ngerti juga arah pemikiran pemerintah yang diwakili oleh aparat penegak hukum di Indonesia ini.

Jika di warung-warung kopi atau ditengah-tengah perkampungan  banyak orang-orang ngobrol tentang koruptor yang harus di hukum seberat-beratnya, seumur hidup, hukuman mati atau digantung, ternyata aspirasi tersebut tidak pernah sampai keatas.

Ada pula celetukan yang pernah saya dengar bahwa, Koruptor di Indonesia bisa menyajikan senyuman manis dan lambaian tangan kepada awak media dan juga masyarakat, tidak seperti diluar negeri yang selalu tertunduk malu dan bahkan ada yang sampai mengakhiri hidup sebelum menjalani persidangan karena adanya rasa malu. Koruptor disini merasa lebih bahagia karena jika terbukti korupsi, tentunya mereka akan pensiun dengan sisa hasil korupsi yang bisa mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya hingga anak cucu! (Mungkin salah satunya karena ada pemotongan masa hukuman dari hukuman yang boleh dikata tidak berat dan membuat jera atau takut bagi para koruptor)

Gak tahu dimana kandasnya, gak tahu dan gak yakin dengan keseriusan negara dalam memberantas korupsi dan gak tahu pula sampai kapan mereka, masyarakat mempunyai harapan Indonesia yang bebas korupsi, Indonesia yang bersikap tegas pada koruptor.

Review Speaker F&D A330U

Speaker menjadi salah satu media yang kita butuhkan, khususnya untuk menikmati audio yang dihasilkan oleh sound card dari komputer maupun laptop kita. Dipasaran banyak sekali pilihan speaker dari berbagai range harga serta produsen yang menyediakan produknya.

Kali ini saya coba untuk sedikit mereview sebuah speaker multimedia 2.1 system, Fenda F&D A330U.

F&D A330U ini terdiri dari :

• 2  satelit speaker dengan driver 2,5" full range
• 1 Subwoover, 6,5"

Setup
Untuk melakukan setup speaker ini sama sekali tidak mengalami kesulitan sejak pertama kali mengeluarkan dari box-nya, mengatur volume, trible dan bass juga pasti tidak akan mengalami kesulitan.

Setiap konektor audio input maupun output telah didesain dengan penggunaan wana berbeda. Hal ini tentunya sangat membantu kita untuk melakukan setup, bahkan orang yang awam-pun akan terbantu dengan hal ini.

Untuk menghubungkan unit speaker ini digunakan kabel RCA yang telah disertakan pada paket pembeliannya.

Desain
Dengan dibalut warna hitam pekat pada kedua satelit speaker dan  subwoovernya memberikan kesan serius tetapi terlihat elegan berkat adanya list golden dan silver yang juga dipadu dengan warna emas pada kedua satelit speakernya.

Kualitas Suara
Speaker ini mampu menyuguhkan kualitas suara yang baik dengan adanya kombinasi driver satelit speaker yang 2,5" dengan subwoover 6,5".

Saat digunakan untuk mendengarkan berbagai genre musik, speaker ini bisa menyajikannya tanpa kepayahan dan kualitas suaranya terdengar kalem dan natural. Mungkin hal ini tertolong oleh daya yang ada pada speaker ini yang sebesar 56 watt jika dibanding dengan speaker lain yang sekelas.

Kita bisa mengatur level bass dan trible pada speaker ini karena memang telah disediakan pengaturan untuk bass, trible dan volume. Aturlan sesuai dengan selera dengar dan jenis musik yang kita mainkan.

Ketika kita gunakan untuk memutar film maupun bermain game, speaker ini meskipun cuma memiliki desain 2.1 tetapi sudah bisa menampilkan emosi dari game dan film tersebut dengan baik.

Khusus untuk film, untuk mendapatkan sensasi yang lebih baik, kita bisa melakukan pengaturan mode audio pada player yang kita gunakan.

Plug & Play USB dan Memory SD Card
Sepertinya Fenda Audio sengaja membuat speaker ini bisa memainkan musik secara langsung dari USB maupun SD Card. Hal ini tentunya menjadi point positive yang bisa memberikan pilihan lebih luas dalam menangani input selain dari komputer/laptop, handphone, ipod ataupun mp3 player.

• Subwoover : 28 watt RMS subwoofer

Kesimpulan

1. F&D A330U merupakan speaker 2.1 channel yang memiliki kualitas baik ketika kita gunakan untuk memutar musik, bermain game maupun menonton film meskipun bukan sistem 5.1 channel.
2. Apabila kita termasuk orang yang menyukai keseimbangan tone, speaker ini bisa diandalkan, tetapi jika mendambakan speaker dengan tendangan bass kuat dari subwoovernya, F&D A330U ini mungkin kurang cocok dijadikan pilihan, karena meskipun mampu memberikan nada bass berkualitas, tetapi feel dari powernya terasa kurang bertenaga (menghentak), tetapi justru itulah yang menjadi kelebihan speaker ini yaitu menyajikan keseimbangan tone dengan karakter dan kualitas yang dimilikinya.
3. Jika melihat dari range harga yang ditawarkan, jelas F&D A330U ini sangat layak untuk masuk audisi anda, untuk range harga dibawah Rp.500.000

Atau mungkin tertarik dengan speaker 5.1 channel? Ada juga speaker 2.1 channel lainnya.

Andai Aku Menjadi Ketua KPK

Andai aku jadi ketua KPK? Kenapa musti ketua KPK? Jawabannya adalah karena adanya kasus-kasus korupsi yang telah membumi di negeri ini.

Para pelakunya bagaikan tikus yang haus dan tak kenal henti untuk mengisi perutnya. Meskipun negeri ini terlalu kaya untuk habis ditangan para koruptor, tapi terlalu sayang jika kekayaan negeri ini disia-siakan dan hanya dinikmati oleh mereka yang sanggup menikmatinya, meskipun sadar itu bukan haknya.

Saya pikir, kasus korupsi bukan kasus yang tumbuh dari bawah. Tidak tumbuh dari kasta terendah birokrasi negeri ini. Mereka yang memiliki kewenangan, akan memiliki kesempatan yang lebih besar untuk melakukan tindakan korupsi. Apapun bentuknya.

Jadi, untuk memberantas korupsi yang kian marak adalah dari tingkat atas baru kemudian ketingkat dibawahnya. Dan kita tahu, itu bukan  hal yang mudah karena dilapangan memiliki tingkat perlawanan yang tinggi.

Saling menutupi, melindungi diantara koruptor bagaikan satu pergerakan yang terorganisir. Banyak contohnya yang bisa kita ambil. Kasus-kass besar korupsi hampir semuanya kandas di meja hukum.

Padahal katanya negeri ini sedang memerangi korupsi. Tidak beda dengan kasus narkoba. Mungkin para penegak hukum (pengambil keputusan) banyak yang tidak mengetahui kerasnya berjuang dilapangan, berhari-hari, berminggu-minggu dan bahkan dalam rentang waktu yang lebih lama. Mereka rela meninggalkan keluarganya untuk memburu gembong narkoba ataupun mencari ladang-ladang ganja dipegnungan terpencil dan kadang harus mempertaruhkan hidupnya selama masa operasi.

Ujung-ujungnya? Para pelaku bisa bebas dan tersenyum atau kalaupun menjalani hukuman, maka hukumannya tidak sebanding dengan kerusakan yang ditimbulkannya pada bangsa ini.

Yap, itulah dua hal berbeda dengan ujung cerita yang hampir sama. Kembali ke pertanyaan awal, "Andai aku jadi ketua KPK" maka membuka jalur untuk :

1. Memperjuangkan agar KPK menjadi lembaga setingkat departement. Tujuannya adalah jelas, yaitu makin mengokohkan eksistensi KPK dalam pembersihan negeri ini dari tangan koruptor. Kalau berhasil mungkin namanya Departemen Anti Korupsi :)
2. Menayangkan berita korupsi yang menampilkan identitas para korupton di stasiun televisi. Hal ini bertujuan agar orang yang tidak/belum korup mau berfikir ulang untuk tidak melakukan tindakan korup.
3. Mengangkat dan melanjutkan kasus korupsi besar yang bias dan tidak jelas dimana posisinya. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena hampir semua kasus-kasus besar tidak pernah berujung pada keputusan final yang jelas dan bahkan terlupakan.
4. Mengadakan perubahan setiap pasal korupsi yang menyebutkan hukuman maksimal menjadi minimal. Misal yang tadinya ancaman hukumannya maksimal 10 tahun, diganti dengan minimal 10 tahun :)
5. Pemeriksaan pelaporan kekayaan pejabat pemerintah, sebelum dan sesudah masa jabatannya dilakukan audit apabila ada perubahan nilai yang tidak wajar.
6. Membuat Rangking Bebas Korupsi untuk seluruh pemda yang ada di Indonesia.
7. Memperjuangkan kembali pemakaian baju sidang khusus untuk kasus-kasus korupsi.
8. Mengajak masyarakat untuk ikut aktif  dalam budaya anti korupsi.
9. Melakukan sidak keberbagai instansi di semua tingkatan. 
10. Menggalang kekuatan dari berbagai unsur, LSM, Departemen dan Pribadi.

Demikianlah point-point yang ada dalam pikiran saya jika  Andai Aku Menjadi Ketua KPK :)

Review: Lenovo ThinkPad SL510 laptop

When Lenovo introduced the SL series last year, not everyone was thrilled with what they saw. Any changes to the venerable ThinkPad lineup come along with scrutiny, but this small business series was seen by many as a watering down of the brand. After all, in carried the ThinkPad name, but included a glossy lid with an LED light on it (CHECK), a new body design, different textures/materials, and some other changes from what people have come to expect from a T, X or R series system. The SL was available for considerably less than even the entry level R series notebooks though, and shed the enterprise level features that SOHO users would not need.

The new SL510 marks a slight change to the SL series. It seems that despite some ThinkPad fanatics’ claims that the SL was not “real” ThinkPad, which were met with protestation from Lenovo, the SL510 looks a lot more like a classic ThinkPad than the SL400 or SL500 [links]. The new system has a matte lid, more ThinkPad-like materials, drops the light in the LED, and changes the LCD bezel {CHECK{} making it seem a lot more like a R or T series system. It’s a welcome change to anyone looking to buy a ThinkPad without an expense account.

The 15-inch SL510 succeeds the previous SL500. It weighs XXXX and starts off at XXXX, making it a reasonable desktop replacement as well as something that can be used on the go if the need should arise. Our test system came eqipped with a Core 2 Duo P8700 processor, 3GB RAM, Windows 7 Professional (32-bit), a 320GB disk, Intel 5100 agn WiFi, and a DVD burner. The system disappointly, uses Intel’s integrated graphics (CONFIRM) to push the 1366×768 display. It’s a solid build, but a price-consious one, with the one concession being that P8700 processor, which will help with the battery life.

The shape of the exterior is similar to that of the previous SL series models. It is on the thick side (xxx inches) and has an inward-sloping bottom half, just like on the previous models. This make looks interesting and veer away from the all 90-degree angled ThinkPad, but it can interfere with certain USB devices a prevent them from being plugged in. Most will be fine, but some larger (older) USB broadband modems might have problems. The materials and looks of the SL510 resemble a standard T or R series system much more, and while they don’t mimic one perfectly the matte lid is a very nice change from the previous gloss.

Being a 15-inch system the SL510 is generously sized and comes with a full complement of ports. In addition to the optical drive it has a lock port, 3 USB slots, an eSATA + USB combo port, a card reader, mic/headphone jacks, HDMI, ExpressCard/34, ethernet, and VGA-out. It’s a nice setup and it nicely dropped the modem jack while including a handy card reader. There is even a wireless on/off switch and a standard 20V ThinkPad power connection. Also included are a webcam and microphone (but not a dual array microphone). The ports are nicely labeled on the palmrest, making them easy to find even if they are a bit recessed.

ThinkPad owners will be happy to know that the keyboard is just what they’ve come to expect. The SL510 packs your standard 6-row ThinkPad keyboard and it feels quite nice–maybe not a perfect that the one on the T400s, but spot on. It has dual cursor controls (with the new textured trackpad and the updated button design for the trackpoint) so ThinkPad users will be right at home. The main change with the SL510 is that it adds buttons on the sides of the keyboard. The power and ThinkVantage buttons are placed on the right while four shortcut buttons (microphone off, volume up, volume down, and mute) are on the left, in keeping with the ThinkPad’s recent push for VOiP usage. The speakers then placed below the display, which props up the display a bit and slightly changes the hinge design, but it isn’t a drastic departure thanks to the use of a widescreen (not very tall) display. Finally the keyboard does not use the new double-height delete and Escape keys found on systems like the T400s.

This ThinkPad has no ThinkLight. I looked for the ThinkLight key for about 10 minutes before coming to this sad conclusion. (did previous SLs have it?????!???!?)

During testing the SL510 performed quite well. In fact, it felt a lot like an R series system. It’s a nice size for getting real work done, but it’s light enough to put in a backpack, so long as you don’t have too much other stuff. The keyboard is a pleasure to use, as are the cursor controls. So despite the ways it is stepped down from a standard R or T series system, it feels like a productivity machine and one equipped to get work done. The build felt well-rounded and more than capable of day-to-day work, thanks in no small part to the use of Windows 7, which some businesses might not be ready for , but it’s refreshing on the user level. The 16:9 display is quite wide and somewhat shallow, but it’s not a huge change from previous widescreen ThinkPads, and it’s really something that users just have to get used to. If more height is needed there is always that HDMI port but the display is acceptable. Increased viewing angles would be great to see, but the LCD does get nice and bright.

Our test system came equipped with a Core 2 Duo P8700 processor, 3GB RAM, Windows 7 Professional (32-bit), a 320GB disk, Intel 5100 agn WiFi, and a DVD burner. The system disappointingly uses Intel's integrated graphics to push the 1366x768 (16:9) display. It's a solid build, but a price-conscious one, with the one concession being that P8700 processor which will help with the battery life.

The shape of the exterior is similar to that of the previous SL series models. It is on the thick side (about 1.5-inches) and has an inward-sloping bottom half, like on the previous models but not as pronounced. This veers away from the all 90-degree angled ThinkPad, but it can interfere with certain USB devices and prevent them from being plugged in. Most will be fine, but some larger (older) USB broadband modems might have problems. Overall the materials and looks of the SL510 resemble a standard T or R series system and while they don't mimic one perfectly, the matte lid is a very nice change from the previous gloss.

Being a 15-inch system the SL510 is generously sized and comes with a full array of ports. In addition to the optical drive it has a lock port, 3 USB slots, an eSATA + USB combo port, a card reader, mic/headphone jacks, HDMI, ExpressCard/34, ethernet, and VGA-out. It's a nice setup and it nicely dropped the modem jack while including a handy card reader. There is even a wireless on/off switch and a standard 20V ThinkPad power connection. Also included are a webcam and microphone (but not a dual array microphone). The ports are nicely labeled on the palm rest, making them easy to find even if they are recessed.

ThinkPad owners will be happy to know that the keyboard is just what they've come to expect. The SL510 packs your standard 6-row ThinkPad keyboard and it feels quite nice--maybe not as perfect as the one on the T400s, but still spot on. It has dual cursor controls (with the new textured trackpad and the updated button design for the trackpoint) so ThinkPad users will be right at home.
